200 G SALMON FILLET

200 G TUNA FILLET

200 G WHITE FISH FILLET

250 G BROWN SUSHI RICE

1 TSP SALT

1 CUCUMBER

100 G PICKLED GINGER

SOY SAUCE

WASABI

Go to your fishmonger and get fresh fish ideal for eating raw.

Slice into thin slices and refrigerate.

Prepare the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.

Peel the cucumber and shave it into long ribbons using a peeler. Let the cucumber ribbons crisp up in iced water for 30 min.

Plate the fish on top of the rice, top with cucumber ribbons and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.
